Seven Eagles named All-Conference

 | | Ilana Bar-Av | MADISON, Wis. – Seven Edgewood College women’s soccer players were named to the All-Northern Athletics Conference team, announced today by the conference. Four Eagles were named first team All-NAC including Goalkeeper Ilana Bar-Av (Madison, Wis.) who was named Defensive Player of the Year as well.

Erika Thompson named Academic All-District

 | | Erika Thompson | MADISON, Wis. – Edgewood College women’s soccer player Erika Thompson (Waukesha, Wis.) has been named ESPN The Magazine Academic All-District V third team. She won the award for the College Division; which consists of all Division II, Division III and NAIA schools. The prestigious award recognizes student-athlete success not only on the field but in the classroom as well.

Spartans defeat Eagles, win conference title

 | | Ilana Bar-av | AURORA, Ill. (Oct. 27, 2007) – Edgewood College allowed a goal for the first time in 438 minutes as the #26 ranked Spartans defeated the Eagles 1-0, Saturday in Aurora, Ill. The win clinched the regular season Northern Athletics Conference title for the Spartans.
