5/14/2008 - Baseball McCullick leads six Eagles with NAC honors

Cory McCullick MADISON, Wis. - Junior outfielder Cory McCullick led a contingent of six Edgewood College baseball players honored on the All-Northern Athletics Conference teams, released today. McCullick was named to the first team, while teammates Alex Berta, Cody Flynn, Matt Krueger and Kyle Lode earned honorable mention. 5/5/2008 - Baseball Edgewood College hosts second annual NAC Tournament

Tournament begins Friday MADISON, Wis. -- Edgewood College, along with the Rockford Area Visitors and Convention Bureau and the Rockford RiverHawks are hosting the second annual Northern Athletics Conference Baseball Tournament. The four team double elimination tournament sponsored by the St. Petersburg/Clearwater Sports Commission begins on Friday. 5/5/2008 - Baseball Eagle season finale with UW-Stevens Point canceled

MADISON, Wis. - Edgewood College's 2008 baseball season has come to a close as the Eagles' final game against UW-Stevens Point has been canceled. The Pointers opted to cancel the game in order to prepare for the WIAC tournament after they conclude their conference season today. Full Story » »

5/4/2008 - Baseball Eagles split with Benedictine in conference finale

Cory McCullick VERONA, Wis. - Playing spoiler isn’t as much fun as playing contender, but since spoiler is all the Edgewood College baseball team had, they did their best to make it hard on Benedictine University in their effort to clinch the NAC regular season crown. Edgewood College made Benedictine sweat it out until the final game of the conference schedule, winning game one 17-3, before falling 14-4 in the second game. Full Story » »
